Release of Liability

Sport training carries inherent risks. Baseball and baseball training is a potentially dangerous activity. By purchasing products produced by KGS DEVELOPMENT LLC you agree to the following:

I acknowledge that I am participating in training, exercises and events, or purchasing physical products that carry inherent risks related to their intended use with KGS BASEBALL DEVELOPMENT LLC.

In consideration for being permitted to participate in these activities and use products purchased from KGS BASEBALL DEVELOPMENT LLC I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of participating in any training, exercises, or events related to the products and services of KGS BASEBALL DEVELOPMENT LLC.

By purchasing this product, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against KGS BASEBALL DEVELOPMENT LLC’s owners, members, trainers, landlords or insurers.

I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue KGS BASEBALL DEVELOPMENT LLC’s owners, members, trainers, landlords or insurers for any injuries or accidents that I may sustain as a result of the products and services of KGS BASEBALL DEVELOPMENT LLC and it’s owners, members, and trainers.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions above.
