In 2021, I had the opportunity to work with John at YouGoProBaseball on a series of videos covering catching, mobility, hitting, and some of the ideas behind how I approached player development at the time.

A lot has changed since these videos were filmed—including some of my own thoughts on catching and player development. That's part of coaching. We should continue learning, challenging what we believe, and adjusting as better information becomes available.

I've kept the complete series here as a resource and a snapshot of that point in my coaching career. Some of the concepts remain relevant, while others have continued to evolve.
